Please find attached the summary reports for the last 2 Negotiation and Selling skills - apologies for the delay.

I think the main points are:

  • The performance of the AM's improved in this program compared to previous programs
  • The performance of the Trainer was again recognized as being excellent - we should look at utilizing his skills in future programs
  • The program was a success and has added value by improving the skills and behavior of your AM's

Negotiation skills

Remember, in business you get what you negotiate, not necessarily what you deserve. Delegates who have attended in the past say:
