with a strong emphasis placed on practice through role-play
simulations. The programme is highly interactive with the
role-plays recorded on video and then reviewed by the
facilitators and all delegates. Supplier/Customer negotiations
are included as skill levels develop. Delegates gain an
understanding of the key principles and processes of negotiation
and will increase confidence and effectiveness. The key business
objective is the generation of additional revenue streams for a
business within a relationship context.
