Relationship Management

An effective relationship manager proactively manages and expands a customer account for the mutual benefit of both the customer and their organization. They understand a customer's business and create a motivating account strategy for them which is aligned to organizational objectives. They create and manage a plan to deliver sales results. This plan sets out sales targets, activities and resources required reflecting the different sales platforms and customer segments.
